Edmond O'Brien
Eamon Joseph O'Brien (September 10, 1915 - May 9, 1985) was an American actor known for his intense performances in both dramatic and film noir roles. A versatile talent, O'Brien's career spanned from the 1930s to the 1970s, and he appeared in over 100 films. He is perhaps best remembered for his starring roles in D.O.A. (1950). O'Brien also earned an Academy Award nomination for his performance in The Barefoot Contessa (1954) and starred in The Caine Mutiny (1954). Known for his rugged features and commanding screen presence, he worked across a range of genres, from action films to westerns.
